Account Executive

As an Account Executive at Spotlight, you help marketing and growth leaders understand why AI visibility matters and how GEO fits into their strategy.

What will you do in this role?

  • Own and close full-cycle deals with marketing, growth, and SEO leaders.
  • Run clear discovery to understand how AI chatbots and AI search impact a customer's funnel.
  • Lead focused demos that connect Spotlight to simple, concrete value stories.
  • Work with the founders on pricing, proposals, and closing new business.

What experience are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with full-cycle ownership.
  • Comfort explaining technical or data products in simple language.
  • Experience selling to marketing, growth, or digital teams is a plus.
  • Interest in AI, search, and how buying journeys are changing.

Who will do well in this role?

  • You enjoy talking with customers and asking direct, simple questions.
  • You are AI-minded and curious about GEO, even if it is new to you.
  • You care about long-term relationships, not just closing one deal.
